not what we were told

Exceptionally complicated check in process and parking for a huge apartment complex. Highly inconvenient for carrying luggage to apartment…no carriers available. Apartment told to check in to not what was advertised nor booked and paid for. Pictures in the advertising not even close to real furnishings. Furnishings close to a Motel 6 decor. Owner did the right thing and relocated us. Took a total of 1 1/2 hours to get situated. Incredibly kind housekeeping person rescued us.
