check in was quick. Nice attractive foyer and first floor entrance. Stayed in a room on the second floor which showed some signs of wear and tear. Toilet did not flush properly. Room was quiet and clean bed fairly comfortable pillow too hard for my liking. Breakfast was adequate they have many choices. Something for everyone. It meant our needs but at a budget level.

Rooms at sleep inn are always great would have been a 5 but the a/c unit was not as cold as it should have been even though it was only 70° outside, maybe needed maintenance.

If you expect the W, you will be unhappy, if you expect a decent hotel for a lower price than most, you will see the value. The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. The water was hot. No bugs.

This is the second weekend in a row that we’ve stayed at this location. The first time the air-conditioning didn’t work, the TV didn’t work, there was no phone in the room, and the bathroom light didn’t work. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and we came back because it’s a reasonably priced room close to the softball field we were playing at. Once again, the AC was not working properly and it was an average of 78° in our room. Will not stay there again.

My reservation was changed to a day earlier without my knowledge, approval or consent. The employee who was at the front desk called her manager who told me there is nothing they could do. They wouldn't even rent me another room so I had a place to stay for the night! I will not be renting with your company again, or any of your partners and I am telling my entire company not to rent with you either.
