I was disappointed with our stay ! I wanted to treat my friend , Sheena Edwards, to a special weekend. The disappointments were many and one very serious. The elevators did not work Friday night and we had to wait for repairs to be made. We were on the 8th floor and couldn’t walk that many flights! On Saturday, we didn’t get our room services until 4pm! We had trays of breakfast foods and we didn’t have any clean washcloths which we needed. We called “customer service “ twice and still had to wait and wait. The most serious infraction was that, when we returned to our rooms after shopping until 230pm, there was a noxious smell in the rooms that I thought was a gas smell. I called customer service immediately and was told that they were going to send someone up to our room immediately. NOONE ever came.! Eventually our olfactory nerves stopped working and just decided that we were going to die. Luckily we didn’t. I must say that my friend was very disappointed as I was. The very nice manager on duty Sunday morning was extremely apologetic and gave us breakfast vouchers. That breakfast was the highlight of our visit. I believe that I should be given monetary compensation for our considerable misfortune. Thank you, Linda Fontanesi

Stayed two nights and I really like the shuttle driver Jesus, the restaurant staff, the comfy beds, the great HQ tea they had in the restaurant. Nice to have a paid washer and dryer for guest to use. The area has few restaurant options but the hotel across the street has a place called 747 which is good as long as you can afford 60 bucks.

Room was dirty, a wet towel was behind a curtain by the fridge, probably the one that was used to wipe down everything in the room, the ceiling was black from the air vent of the ac, pink mildew by the bach tub, breakfast had old croissants, tasted like they were in the fridge for few days and then just put in the over, food tastles, eggs tasted like plastic, sausage links were undercooked. Sorry but this is the fist review like this from me....

When we walked into the room, it was certainly not clean, a thick layer of dust everywhere (allergies), there were hairs in the bathroom, shower, and sink, and dirty glasses were set with the ice bucket. We went and spoke to front desk manager who was very helpful and gave us a new room, which actually was clean.

We arrived early because of our flight, the hotel was able to accommodate us with an early check-in for a fee. We were able t sleep off our red eye flight in a comfy, quiet, dark room for a few hours. We had a nice lunch in the bar and plan to get some more sleep before our early flight tomorrow. Definitely appreciate the shuttle service to and from the airport!
