The staff weren't rude at all, and the hotel room was sort of clean. The floor could've used a carpet cleaner, and maybe some surfaces could've been wiped down. However you get what you pay for. The bed was uncomfortable as well.

The picture shown in this app is NOWHERE near what it actually looked like. It was run down. I had a serious roach problem. The carpet in my room was dirty and torn up. There were holes in my walls. The refrigerator was pulled out from where it should have been. Even one of the other hotel visitors told me "this place is so ghetto". Please do not pick this place, especially if you're staying with family. Parking lot did not feel safe either.

This hotel has roaches. Saw them crawling on the wall upon entering the room. When I complained I was given another room on a different floor, that also had bugs. Absolutely unacceptable. We stayed in newly renovated rooms and the hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and very helpful. It was peaceful and very relaxing. My family and I will be staying here again. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc...
