Condo was well appointed and homey. Owner was responsive. Excellent location and quiet. Beds & pillows were comfortable. The heating system is a bit challenging - the outdoor temperature was 30-40 degrees! Found a great breakfast/lunch restaurant nearby, The Toasted Yolk Cafe. Our family stayed in another VRBO 3 blocks away so we could walk.

Nice Townhouse

Owner communicated with me in a timely manner. We did have a large SUV that couldn’t be parked in the parking garage, so the owner got a permit ahead of our arrival, for us to park it in front of the townhome. The second day we arrived back to townhome and there was no where to park SUV. I spoke to a neighbor and they allowed us to park in front of their townhome. Great stay overall! Please note that the beds are all queen size and not king size as stated. The owner did confirm this prior to me renting this property.

Modern townhome in quiet central neighborhood

Clean, spacious townhome in quiet neighborhood near downtown. Comfortable furnishings. Kitchen is stocked modestly, although coffee and generous supply of bottled water were very much appreciated. Two car garage is an excellent benefit. Excellent, easy communication with owner. This was perfect choice for our 2-day trip to visit family. Much more space than a hotel room at lower price.

Annual Granddaughter Christmas Date

For the last 10 yrs I have taken four of my granddaughters on a Christmas date , together we have enjoyed the ballet , musicals & plays . For the last 5 yrs its become a weekend road trip. This year it was the Disney Frozen musical ! This property made a great weekend feel comfortable & relaxing , it was clean & spacious , great location between downtown & galleria . Highly recommend for small groups 4 to 6 people , plenty of food / restaurant choices near-by , a few with-in walking distance. I use VRBO a few times a year and haven't been disappointed yet , This property continues the winning streak , its 5 stars
