The hotel had a bad sewage smell. the sheets were stained and there wasn't any hot water (I was told the whole hotel didn't have it) The night front desk attendant was very rude and unconcern.

The gentlemen that helped me was so nice, very helpful, however the next day the Hispanic lady in the front desk was so short and rude. You could tell she thinks she owns the hotel and looked very unhappy to be there. Very poor customer service skills, She needs someone to train her on how you are suppose to talk to paying customers. I paid to be there it was not free the least I expect is courteous customer service. Disappointing.

Great customer service. I just expected the hotel room itself to be cleaner. When we were there the first night, we found some lip-gloss & a ring by the bed. Let's you know the room was not cleaned completely.

The staff is so nice to change the room to the third floor when I found out the rooms in the second floor has 3 roaches. Third floor is clean, second floor needs to clean

Not bad at all, great breakfast, comfy room

The breakfast was great, kept well stocked. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. Did spot a couple roaches in our room though, but it's the city so it happens
