The room was super clean! However some of the lights didn’t work and the room door has gap so literally the sun light comes in and if it rains the water too. It was a quiet and relaxing weekend. The staff spoke very little but we understood each other

I booked what was called an exclusive room with Expedia. The hotel showed blue lights outside. Butt once we arrived it was regular white bulbs. My room was supposed to be equipped with a tub and a kitchen but once arriving, the picture in the booking advertisement show these thingsthey tried to convince me that II booked what was called an basic room with Expedia. My room was supposed to be equipped with a tub and a kitchen but once arriving, they tried to convince me that I ordered a basic room. How is that even possible if I click on the exclusive room and booked it through that particular page the clerk that was working there informed me that they don’t have tubs in any room and to get a kitchen would have been $120 extra per night. I called in to Expedia. They would only agree to a $50 credit on my next use, but I was not happy with that because it ruined my weekend because they had no kitchen for me all the food that was purchased for which was well over $150 therefore also Ruin my weekend I think I should be fully refunded for this trip disaster it was totally false advertising, and the name of the motel is Palace Inn in Baytown off garth Road, so consumers beware of the false advertisement

Friendly front office staff, newly remodeled hotel. Large bathroom with private commode and a large stand in shower with a beautiful glass door. I felt like i was in an apartment not a hotel. Large parking spaces. Theres no elevator but that was not a deal breaker. Bed was very comfortable i stayed there 1 week and felt well rested and no aches ans pains. A/c worked great too. Don't sleep on this little gem of a place.
