We have 2 exterior cameras in front door and back yard that will be used for security and/or to monitor that our policies/ house rules are adhered to.

HOUSE RULES:
- 4 parking spots. DO NOT park on the street.
- Pet fee $150 per stay. Two pets maximum.
- NO STUDENT/ DISRUPTIVE PARTIES. VIOLATION PENALTY $500
- In the event of undisclosed pet(s) and/ or gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund
- No smoking. VIOLATION PENALTY $500
- No illegal substances nor activities allowed on the property.
- No noise after 9PM.
