I stayed here recently for a couple days and it was exactly what I needed for an affordable stay in Houston. The location off I-610 is super convenient — just minutes from NRG Stadium, the Medical Center, and plenty of food options. Free parking was a big plus, and the kitchenette with fridge made it easy to cook and save money instead of eating out every day.  The room was basic but clean and functional with a comfortable bed, good AC, and weekly and daily rates that help stretch your budget. Staff was friendly and helpful with check-in/out. Coin laundry on-site is handy too. It’s pet-friendly if that matters to you. Not a luxury spot, but for the price and location, it delivers solid value. Would stay again if I’m in the area. Highly recommend for travelers, gig workers, or anyone needing a simple home base near NRG/Medical Center.

So I had a 5 night stay. Maid service comes once per week and had been there day before my arrival. There was no bedspead/blanket on the 2 beds, only sheets. If you request clean towels, you carry the dirty ones downstairs and go back in the evening to get them after they were washed and dried..unreal.
