The house is nice and rooms are large. Our group enjoyed the large open kitchen/grand room. We are not a picky bunch, so this stay was nice for its price point. Some furniture was disappointing but it worked. There were many ants in the home, but a notice was posted about it just recently being treated, so we gave it the benefit of the doubt that they were trying to remedy the issue. There was little to no silverware or cooking utensils, yet the cooking pans were great. We made many meals. I had to reach out to the host for check-in information the day before our stay, but the response was very prompt. There were no check out instructions that I could find, but we’ve stayed in enough rentals that we assumed the basics on what to do when leaving. Overall we enjoyed our stay since it wasn’t about the house, it was about the time with family. The location, size and price of the stay was more than enough to satisfy our needs.
