The Space:

An 850 sq ft private one-bedroom with an open living area, designed for comfort and ease.



Living and working: a sofa and smart TV, and a dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi.



Kitchen: stainless appliances, a dishwasher and everything you need to cook.



Bedroom: a queen bed with hotel linens and blackout curtains.



Bath: fresh towels and bath amenities provided.



Laundry: a full-size washer and dryer in the residence.



Sleeping arrangements: the residence sleeps up to four. The queen bed sleeps two; a third and fourth guest sleep on the queen air mattress set up in the living area. Well suited to a couple, a family, or friends comfortable sharing the space.



Guest Access:

The entire residence is yours, with a private entrance and keypad self check-in. A private space in the lot behind the building is reserved for you, numbered for your residence.



The Neighborhood:

EaDo (East Downtown) is Houston's stadium and entertainment district: converted warehouses, street art, and some of the city's best restaurants and bars, minutes from Downtown. Expect an urban, energetic setting; on game and event nights you may hear the crowds.



Getting Around:

Downtown 8 to 10 min. Daikin Park (Astros) and Shell Energy Stadium (Dynamo) 5 to 10 min. Toyota Center (Rockets) and 713 Music Hall 6 to 12 min. NRG Stadium 12 to 15 min (not walkable). Texas Medical Center 15 min. Immediate access to I-69, I-10 and Loop 610. Rideshare is reliable at any hour and the best option for game days and concerts: leave the car in your private parking space and skip the event parking.



Other Things to Note:

Self check-in with a door code, no in-person handoff. We reply to messages within minutes, day or night, and can be at the residence quickly if anything needs attention. Local cleaning and maintenance team on call.



A few local favorites, all within a ten-minute drive: OSO Coffee Co and Brass Tacks for morning coffee; Leeland House and The Breakfast Klub for brunch; Nancy's Hustle and Tiny Champions for dinner; Truck Yard, Little Woodrow's and 8th Wonder Brewery for drinks and game-day watch parties. H-E-B, CVS and Target are five to seven minutes away.
