Modern BnB was a pleasant surprise. It is in a wonderful location, clean, extremely comfortable, everyone we meet couldn't have been kinder, and breakfast had everything we wanted. I visited with my sister and they put us in rooms across from each other with a shared area that was a very pleasant surprise. Overall, we had an exceptional experience.

The male owner was very helpful and attentive to our needs for my husband’s special diet due to medical problems. It was much appreciated. He was also very helpful with information on the rodeo. Would definitely recommend this place. Breakfast was amazing too!

Perfect location. I didn’t realize it was a bed and breakfast and turned out a great experience. I enjoyed the modern angels of the place and fabulous art.
