Beautiful home, great host with great communication and plenty of space to work from home or entertain guests if needed. With frequently visiting Houston, I will be looking forward to returning to this property.

There is a lot wrong with this place, worst VRBO I've ever had. No check in instructions. Check out instructions came after we left. Blinds in bedroom don’t go down. No pillow cases on most of the beds. Master bed had dirty sheets with hair in the bed. No dish towels. Very few spoons. No hangers. Very little toilet paper. A lot of broken cabinets. Very dirty. Lights in bathroom upstairs don’t work. Dirty dishes and broken glasses in the cabinets. Fridge door in movie room doesn’t close due to too much frost buildup. Overall a lack of maintenance. Pool and hot tub not heated. No jets. Master sink doesn’t drain. Very difficult to justify the price of this rental. I do a lot of VRBOs and this is not a good one, I wish we had done a hotel with the rest of the group.

Overall stay was present - the place is large enough for family and extended families to stay for a week. There were plenty of amenities provided. The house does need repair work in some areas such as cabinet doors, locks, lights, etc. Some areas need to be cleaned, too. That would make the place even better. Host was great and stopped by one night to help take the trash out. Overall, the stay was wonderful!

Great central location for our event at the Galleria. The main living space was perfect for training. Bedrooms were comfortable. Large table was perfect for team breakfast, dinners and masterminding.

HOUSTON (GALLERIA AREA) SPATIOUS RENTAL PROPERTY WITH 5 BEDROOMS

Excellent location!!!The 5 Bedrooms allowed ample sleeping space for our entire family: 8 adults, 2 children and 1 toddler.The LARGE dining table was a "Big Plus" for the home, as it allowed our entire family to sit together for meals!!!The pool and hot tub were great perks, which allowed "great family time" during our stay!!!The spatious GREAT ROOM nicely accommodated our large family!The CHEF'S KITCHEN was dated and missing several items. The 2nd refigerator in the laundry area needed repair.BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY! (Could use some some minor repairs/upgrades.)The property manager was readily available for questions/concerns.WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY! WOULD STAY AGAIN, WITHOUT HESITATION!

It is a beautiful, spacious home! Great location near to downtown, a really nice neighborhood.The couches are not pull-out couches so the capacity is not quite accurate; it only has actual beds for 13. The host is wonderful and quick to communicate.

Hygienically unacceptable

No welcome instructions for stay. Dirty linens, towels, bloodstained mattress cover, dirty pots in cabinets, dirty silverware drawers, broken furniture (piano stool, bar stool), missing light bulbs in fixtures, TV remotes scattered in drawers; not with correct TV’s throughout the house, problem with the AC, dangerous area rug with no grip, (several guests tripped and one fell), host changes check in time from 4:00pm to 5:00 pm. We spent much of our time washing linens and towels and changing beds; definitely not what I paid for!!!
