This property is offered at a good price based on the space provided. However, the quality of furniture in the house is lower quality. The mattresses are extremely spongey, there is almost no firmness to them. Some of the furniture is broken (the futon had a broken leg, the air mattress provided had a hole so it couldn't retain air, ironing board was broken, etc.) It's clear the property is a little bit of pig with lipstick.Although I never felt unsafe when living at this property, the surrounding area is pretty dilapidated. There are homes that are broken down or properties that seem abandoned, and it is located right next to a highway.Overall if you're on a budget for a large group and are no-frills, this may be a good property for you.
