DO NOT BOOK !! They never respond, never sent info to access the property, never answered calls! Left us stranded when we got into town. Had to pay way more money for a hotel in a pinch and it was a mess. And they pay no penalty for leaving us without a place to stay. Zero stars.

Smoke detector in second bedroom was beeping the day we arrived and it was not fixed until 1 1/2 days later.Details stated shampoo/soap would be provided, no shampoo/soap in either bathroom.Kitchen sink, stove top, microwave, and some dishes in cabinets were not clean.Several food items (cooking oil, creatine, chocolate, and sugar cones were in the pantry.We have pictures/video of the above.
