There are dozens of bars and restaurants on your doorstep and a METRORail station (3 stops to the Texas Medical Center or Downtown). This 5th-floor furnished 2BR 2BA apartment (878 SF) is perfect for short and extended stays, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a workspace with fast WiFi. Onsite, there’s free parking, a pool, and a 24/7 gym.

You will be staying in a private apartment (a 878 SF 2BR on the 5th floor), so you’ll have the space to yourself. You’ll be able to pick up your keys 24/7/365 with our self-check-in process once you’ve completed our guest verification process with your government photo ID.

Each Lodgeur listing is fully equipped for both short and extended stays. You’ll be able to:

- Relax in a living room equipped with a sofa, armchair, 50-inch smart TV, and a Bluetooth speaker

- Work remotely with a desk, task lamp, office chair, and fast fiber internet WiFi (100+ Mbps)

- Get a great night’s sleep in our comfortable king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, soft sheets, cozy pillows, blackout curtains, and a white noise machine. There's also a 40-inch smart TV in each of the bedrooms. Optional extra: on extended stays, we offer the option to have two twin XL beds in one of the bedrooms for a nightly supplement (please contact us to confirm and arrange)

- Freshen up in a spacious bathroom with ample storage and a bathtub with shower (first bathroom) and walk-in shower (second bathroom), MALIN+GOETZ toiletries, plush bath towels, pool towels, a hairdryer, and hair straightener / flat iron

- Cook a meal in our fully equipped kitchens, which include a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, air fryer, blender, rice cooker, Crockpot slow cooker, tri-ply cookware, bakeware, and more ready for use! Appliances include a stovetop, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and a microwave

- Take care of laundry with our in-unit washer and dryer, steam iron, and ironing board

- Enjoy pool and courtyard views sitting outside on the balcony

THINGS TO NOTE

After booking, you'll need to agree to our house rules and rental agreement. Here's a summary of the key rules:

- No parties, events, or gatherings; respect quiet hours (9pm-8am)
- We use smart devices to monitor noise levels, and the building has video surveillance
- No smoking/vaping inside the property, on the balcony, or around the building
- No pets (except service animals) on short stays; fees and conditions apply on extended stays
- The building requires us to check governments IDs and perform a background check for adults before arrival
- Fees for parties/damages, bringing unauthorized pets, late check-out

This is a large apartment community with hundreds of residents and is located in an exciting and bustling urban neighborhood. There is the potential for noise from traffic and public transport, as well as commercial neighbors (e.g. restaurants, bars, retail stores) and their patrons.

Please note that individual items in the apartment may be replaced or updated over time and may not exactly match those shown in the photos.

One of the bedrooms is set up with two twin XL bed frames and mattresses, which are normally joined together to form a king-size bed. Please contact us if you'd like to set this up as two twin XL beds instead (subject to additional fees and length of stay restrictions).
