Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Terrible management and maintenance! Late check in (630 pm after I had to call vbro care to ask for help), no gym card, no mail box key, broken washer, old torn dryer and dish washer with rusted racks, not working stove, bugs in the apt , bed bugs , and worst is the no one was sent to fix the problems. We had to request the early move out as we couldn’t take it any more and we got bug bites (both me and my husband). We asked for the full refund but they only refunded the unused days (although we specifically stated that our stay was of minimal quality and shouldn’t even qualified as a regular stay). I’m going to follow up with vbro care to see if they will protect us from this. I really don’t want this terrible experience be repeated on anyone.
