The two reasons I booked this hotel was for convenience to the airport and shuttle service. The shuttle couldn’t pick us up at the airport bc of the time our flight came in. Shuttle service only available from 5am to 10pm. And when we checked in the clerk was not friendly just blunt and to the point. I asked for shuttle service in the morning and was told it’s all booked up. When I mentioned the reason for booking was due to the shuttle service his response was the hotel is full and other people have to get to the airport too.

The room was in very good condition. The staff was courteous. My biggest problem was with the shuttle bus service for the airport transportation. Upon arriving in Houston, we were told that the shuttle bus had problems with the back door and would be more than 1/2 hour in coming. We found other transportation. When we arrived at the front desk, we were informed that the airport shuttle service would not start until 5 AM. We had a 5 AM flight the next morning, which again required us to find alternate means of transportation.

The rooms are dated, but my room was nice. It was large and comfortable. The bed was great. The only issue I had was that the curtains did not block out light, and it was difficult to sleep. The breakfast was very good.

Shuttle from airport came twice and couldn’t fit us in either time. After an hour waiting we paid our own way to hotel. Very frustrating as the shuttle was the main reason we booked. Room had no hot water in the shower. Front desk said let it run for 15-20 min. Did so and it was tepid at best. Weird as sink had ample hot water. In the morning the shuttle driver opened the van, pointed at the trunk and stood back so we could load our own luggage. Thanks for nothing! Bathroom vanity had the last guests whiskers all around the sink. We were tired from traveling and just wanted a shower and bed. Got one out of two. Sucked it up and went to sleep. Bed ok, front desk people were ok, location good. There are better choices out there.

There was no hot water! It only ever got to lukewarm. When I went to the front desk to complain, they suggested I just let it run longer to warm up. After 12 minutes of running and still only lukewsrm, I gave up.
