The pool was nice and clean, bed comfortable in a large 1-King bed room, hot breakfast was nice, shower water flow was only so-so, elevator needs to be renovated, no safe in the room but has refrigerator and microwave. Overall, good quality for the price and near IAH.

A cute hotel with lovely staff. Nestled into areas around the Hilton. The shuttle is a bit odd in terms of hours. Double check with them. Very, very nice staff and a decent room

DO NOT STAY HERE. Upon arriving the machine to make key cards was broken. They had housekeeping let us into the room. The front desk said they would notify us when the key card was ready. At least 30 minutes passes so i called the front desk. Front desk basically forgot about us and said to come down and they'd make a key card. We needed to be somewhere so we left for the appointment. When we came back we got into the room and went to use the bathroom. The door handle immediately fell off. In the bathroom there were thick globs of an off white substance on the wall. I stuck a qtip in it and it held the qtip in place. The AC didn't work and the blinds were broken/stuck in the up position. I called the front desk to ask to be moved. Front desk said she would find a new room and call us back. Its about 9pm at this point. We waited about 45 minutes for her to call us back. Tired of waiting we call the front desk. Again, she basically forgot about us. She offered to help us move our luggage etc. When she came up to give us the new room, she grabbed one suitcase, walked me down to the new room, gave me the key card and basically walked away after i entered the room. I came out to thank her and grab the suitcase but she was gone, leaving my suitcase in the hall. Ok. I was hoping she had grabbed a suitcase trolley but no. Me and my young son had to move everything down the hall piecemeal. Continental breakfast is mediocre. Everything is wrapped in plastic including cups. Cheap.

The hotel is close to the airport and it offers complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. Walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Rooms are clean and spacious. Attentive service by the staff and the shuttle driver. Thanks for a great stay.
