The staff at the front desk were wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was very good and well stocked. Pool heater wasn’t working while we were there. We only had housekeeping two times and they were not very thorough. Floors were not cleaned supplies not refilled.

Cozy stay for the night

We had a great stay, everything was good from the room being clean and nice to breakfast and checking out. The only thing mentioned to the front desk was their toilet seem to have a pump issue since we could hear the water running during our stay.

This property is badly in need of an update. TVs did not have internet connection so forced to scroll through live channels. Despite the fact there were streaming apps such as Netflix, they required an internet connection to the TV which property said they didn’t have Only 2 usb connections in room. One on each side of bed. One side didn’t work. Outlets on that side of bed didn’t work. Breakfast was very poor. Property was generally clean and otherwise the room was fine. Probably won’t stay there again.

The location is great if you are traveling out of IAH. The room was clean but had a smell to it. The noice was horrible because it is close to the freeway 59/69. I had problems sleeping because of the noice. Maybe double pain windows would be helpful.
