It okay the space is big and all just nik nacks here and there but nothing major it’s under construction so that’s understandable I didn’t see any bugs like the review mentioned this is my third night ! They were good about everything I’ve had no problems so far !

The stay was ok, but the ice machines werrdown execpt for on one floor. The orange juice and apple juice was nasty lol, and lemonade needs more sugar. The room was clean the bed was really close to the a/c.

Booked for 4 days/3 nights & didn’t even stay for 24hours. Room was filthy & there were dead roaches in the tub & multiple live ones crawling on the headboard. I alerted front desk & checked out immediately. However I have yet to receive a refund even though I was told by Ornella (I believe her name is) that I would. Hotels.com have yet to hear back from the property because they have no intention on giving me my money back. Spoke with an agent that said they reached out to the property 4 times & got no response. Also the hotel is under renovation on several floors (which is something that should’ve been mentioned). 0/10 Beyond horrible experience & I would like a response from management.
