Air conditioner could have worked better. Staff at checkout was rude. I opted for 12 pm check out online since it was an available option only to have housekeeping knocking on the door questioning me. Then front desk called to rudely say "checkout is NOW!." I explained my selection online and was left on hold for a long time. I hung up and called the front desk offering to show my proof. The woman said no its okay. Left us feeling uncomfortable so we left before the time. Why make it an option if it is a problem?
