Room was great. Breakfast was great. Location was good. Only problem we had was with the TV both nights. Little difficult to find local Chanel’s Other than that would highly recommend the hotel

I was having a tough week, but when I got to the hotel the fronk desk clerk Julian, was so warm and bubbly it made me smile. He really have a customer service like spirit. The hotel was beautiful and newly renovated. The 2nd floor hallway smelled fresh. My room was so detailed and clean. The checkout experience was with front desk clerk Reginald. He was very pleasant and willing to explain all details to assure me, after I voices concerns about my reservation, booked through a 3rd party booking company. The staff is exceptional.

Yes, this hotel is super clean. Staff was courteous but most of them can't speak english, hence communicating with them was challenging. Walls are thin here.
