I travel almost weekly or my sons wrestling tournaments. This has to be one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The check in was smooth or so I thought. Everything was booked online with hotels.com I checked in at the front desk and went to register my service dog and the lady confirmed everything was done online and I was good to go. The second day of my stay the hotel had no hot water and no answer when it would be back. I decided to check out a day early as soon as I asked about any type of credit or compensation for not hot water the staff member started deflecting and arguing the had to move other rooms because of my dog. No compensation was given then to top it off after I left my card was charged a pet cleaning fee of $81 and change. The websight clearly states no fees for service animals. I have been trying to get in contact with the manager about this for 2 weeks now and have yet to get her on the phone or get a returned call. This has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
