The hotel was really nice. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and soft. The city view was pleasurable. The room came equipped with cooking essentials. I loved that the TV did a 360, so you can turn it around to watch it while in the bed or turn it around to watch if you are sitting on the couch. I will definitely stay again.

In all the years of me traveling i have never stayed at any Hyatt locations but this hyatt house hyatt place medical center houston at 7329 fannin street stole my heart. The 1 bedroom suite with the city view i had was simply nothing short of amazing. The hot tub was perfect and the breakfast was excellent (i just wish they had turkey options for the meat ). The staff matched the quality of the hotel as well.i most definitely will be staying at hyatt house houston every single time.

All. Front desk very friendly and helpful, Bar person ditto. Loved the pool and the workout room. Only problem - difficult to manage temperature in the room; sometimes too cool and others too warm, and we couldn't figure out how to change it.

Check in process was lackluster. We were given keys to a room that had not been cleaned and was disgusting. However after we advised the front desk of their oversight, they gave us a suite. The shower was pathetic. I ended up washing my hair in the kitchen sink that was the size of a tea cup. Free breaks fast was so inedible that you had to slice the scrambled eggs with a knife. In the past we have stayed at the Hyatt Grand Cypress in Orlando. It was wonderful. This experience was so bad that we will never stay at another Hyatt again.
