The staff was very friendly. My only complaint was the shuttle bus-the driver is way too aggressive. I ended up taking Lyfts to stay away from that bus. It wasn’t just one day, but several.

Devin at the front desk did an exceptional job checking in my girlfriend and I. This was a birthday trip for her and he made sure she felt special! He also did not neglect to let us know about all of the hotel’s amenities and made sure we knew about the free shuttle to the show we came in town for!
