The property is very nice the rooms are also excellent they have everything you need. The pool area has a grill and the outside property is clean. There are no random walkers and the parking area overnight is or what I feel is safe for you. 5 stars from me and my children!!!!!!! Will always stay here when coming down to Houston. The rooms have a nice dishwasher, refrigerator and a two burner stove! The room was clean beds, bathroom clean do you hear me!!!!!!!! Staff is excellent and super helpful! Stay here tell everyone you know to stay here eating places, shopping within 10 minutes. Walmart 13 minutes along all the eating places. Thank for the most enjoyable stay that we have ever had!!! Impressed I must say!

We booked a two room/divided suite here for three people. Upon arrival they overbooked due to an "event" and put us in a smaller unit. Upon checkout they said we cannot adjust the pricepoint downward because we booked through a 'third party'. "It's not our problem." Really???
