My time staying there was great! The only issue I had was I asked for a full cleaning and sheets included. When I got back the entire room was cleaned, but they did not change the sheets. I know because something was spilled on them, which is why I asked. The stain was still there. That was disappointing, but other than that the service was great

A little disappointed but it got better.

I initially was given 2 rooms that were both still occupied by guests which was quite concerning. Eventually I was given an unoccupied room, but the level of cleanliness wasn't the standard typical shown by your establishment. I love the Home 2 Suites and it's my go to hotel just about anytime I travel. I was very disappointed in the welcome. But the manager/employee on duty was very gracious and accommodating. I was appreciative of her efforts to quickly fix the situation.
