We had a family reunion in Baytown and picked the Home2. From beginning to end everyone at this Hotel gave exceptional customer service. Julia who set up the rooms for our group and the conference room for our meet and great and party night at the hotel. Daniel you was on duty the night our family of 45 showed up checked in and came together to greet each other, eat and play games. Daniel was very helpful that Friday 17 Jul. The rooms were roomy, comfortable and clean. There was a good size fridge, plates, microwave and dishwasher. The overall experience was excellent.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. However our room and some deficiencies. The air conditioner was rusting, the shower had molding spots, the walls had cracks, and the carpet was stained. I didn’t voice my concerns at the hotel because those concerns can be resolved easily.
