This place was very well managed. Clean outside and parking lot was safe, well lit, and lobby was clean and smile greeting even late at night. The room was great. The bed very comfortable and had noticeably clean sheets. Was very peaceful and enjoyed for good night sleep.

Everything about the hotel was bad from the pictures on the site not being updated to the bad staff service the WiFi didn’t work as well the shower was not good very inadequate. Also the fire alarm systems were very bad and when we had to evacuate our room there was no plan and the room phones didn’t work

It’s only one person working at a time. Telephone in the room doesn’t work. The tv only stayed on one channel, maybe the remote didn’t work. The hot water in the shower did not work. Wasnt able to ask for extra towels. No cups in the room. Elevators are raggedy. Breakfast .. they did the best they could. Loved that parking was free.

There's no sign to indicate the facility is a hotel. Upon arrival to the room, there was no towels and the telephone didn't work to contact the front desk for towels. Walked down to request towels and I was told I had to wait until after 6:00 pm for towels even though check-in was at 2:00pm. No coffee, cups or utensils to make coffee. Will never use a third party for a unknown site again! I DID NOT ENJOY MY STAY!!!!!

Room was clean but smelled musty and carpet seemed wet. Staff was extremely rude the nice breakfast they described was a frozen store bough sandwich they had in a bowl of ice next to a microwave. I never saw a pool and it was to cold anyway

There key card machine was broken and I had to come down 3 times to have it reprogrammed and still it won’t work . Lasy from reception has to open the door and let us in . AC was loud and noisy . We only had 1 towel in the bathroom and when I went to get an extra towel there was none available at reception . Breakfast was bad . We were there just for one night .
