1st & 2nd night kids running & yelling down the halls as if it was a park rather then a place people tried to rest/relax. The smell on the 3rd floor once exiting the elevator was terrible that even the inside of our room AC unit began to produce that smell after turning the AC on for 30-min. On our final night an event was going on when we arrived back in the evening and almost did not find parking. This was frustrating as we were exhausted & cold since 2 of the 3 back door did not work with our access card, The appearance inside of the room was worn down and dark colored that was not pleasing. This site was not the best and overall I would never stay here again.

Everything was horrible, ans soon ans you walk in you smell a bad order (like dirty ass) so I asked at check in if they had bugs, the girl said no! None of the ice machines work! My room had a dead but on the bathroom floor, air conditioner and TV didn’t work properly! My 2 1/2 year old granddaughter found some dried food near the bed and a wade of hair under the sink! Both bed covers and chairs were stained so bad I asked for extra sheets so we could cover them to sit on!

Advertised as having a shuttle to the airport 24/7, but it’s false-doesn’t start until 6am. We booked solely based on the availability but the staff could care less. Non apologetic, no interest in helping find a solution, basically just shrugged. It’s a run down place with nothing around, so absolutely no reason to stay without the shuttle.

This hotel is not located in the best area. It was unkept and outdated. Ubers were not really available and the hotel shuttle doesn’t run all night. It is a quick and convenient stay if needed but possible other options are around

The room was musty and smelly. Location is next to a noisy highway. I would not recommend if you have any expectations. However, they do have a secure parking lot and it is close to many amenities and fast food restaurants.

First of all the room was in the 2nd building and on the Third floor which was quite bit of a walk from the front desk with no one there to help with the luggage and since traveling ahead intentionally I had three suitcases, a carry on and a cpap machine and due to health issues it was just impossible to deal with plus couldn’t sleep most f the night due to loud air conditioner noise so I kept calling the front desk no answer. Breakfast was half decent which was acceptable. As I started going for the check out I called for help with the luggage but there was no help available and the guess what? The elevators didn’t work and when I called the front desk, they said they are aware of the issue and not sure when will it be fixed so you need to take the stairs, stairs with all the luggage? Impossible specially with my health issues but the front desk told me sorry they can’t help me and I am stuck there schedule for an airport shuttle to catch my international flight. Finally there were two teenagers who I asked for help and paid them $20 each. Can’t believe this happened at the HOLIDAY INN, I have had better experiences at the motel owned by Indian people. Not sure about the security issues since as soon as as I got in the room I collapsed and didn’t come out of the room. So Expedia scratch this so called Holiday inn from your list .
