Clean hotel with wonderful staff housed in a dated building that needs some work. We stayed her for the indoor pool. The first night the pool was shut down, the second night it was reopened after repairs. The water literally burned my skin as the chlorine level was so high. But, that would be my only complaint. Breakfast is wonderful and this hotel is very family friendly.
Bedroom with one king was HUGE!
Even with sofa bed pulled out, living area is spacious.

Hotel was exceptionally clean and hot tub and pool were clean. Rooms were clean they’ve been renovated. My only complaint is that one of the two nights we stayed there , it was no more chocolate chip cookies put out in the lobby like the first night we stayed =). Other than that would stay here again.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, starting with the young lady working the desk when we arrived. She is an absolute treasure and an amazing first impression. Everyone else after that was equally helpful. Our room key didn’t work (my fault, it was near my magnetic phone case) and one of the workers happened to notice we were having issues. She opened the door for us and had someone bring up spare replacements. I didn’t even have to go down the elevator. I was expecting “basic” when I booked because that’s what I get everywhere else, but we were blown away with the hospitality here. I will be back!
