Everything stood out as great. But the breakfast menu could use some help. Glassware was not very clean from coming out of the dishwasher. Not just spots but some had lip stains and food particles still on them.

I stayed there because they had a Jacuzzi and they didn’t have it working even one day and each morning I’d ask him is it gonna work? They said oh yeah maintenance will have it running in a few minutes. I had to move hotels so I got so tired of m not telling the truth

We stayed at this hotel in Houston and were surprised to fin that breakfast and parking were not incluided, even though we initially thought they were. The biggest issue was a strong unpleasant odor in the room that became noticeable whenever we lowered the A/C. we had to keep it running on hight to avoid the smell. Staff was polite, but overall the stay did not meet our expectations.
