super helpful staff, super kind. checked in during a very emotional time yet was treated respectfully. tile floors in the room made for a bit of a loud experience, echoes, could use some carpeting or rugs, but otherwise clean, affordable, friendly staff, a combination not often seen in that price point. have stayed since, similar experience

This was our first time staying at Kozy Houston and we had a great experience. The property was well kept and was located in a safe area. The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfy! The staff was very kind and helpful. Will definitely be back if our work travels take us back to the Houston Area!
