I have been attempting to resolve this issue since 7:00 AM today. The rental vehicle became inoperable after overheating and will not start. I am scheduled to depart for the airport at 10:00 AM and cannot wait further for assistance. Due to the mechanical failure and lack of timely support, I am unable to return the vehicle in person. The vehicle is secured at its current location. Please confirm in writing that: • I will not be held responsible for towing, storage, or mechanical repairs • The rental will be closed without penalty • Any applicable refund or adjustment will be issued This matter is now documented. If not resolved promptly, it will be escalated

I did not get to stay at this hotel, and it almost ruined my trip entirely. They were overbooked, and failed to inform me in a timely manner that I would no longer have a room for the evening. I was given a refund, but no form of compensation, nor were they concerned with whether I would have a place to sleep as a woman traveling alone.

The hotel was very nice, and I loved how good it smelled when I arrived. Plants were beautiful, decorated beautifully also. However I can’t give 5 stars because there was some mold in the shower and the room smelled musty. I think it just needs some deep cleaning and perhaps a professional service to come in and take care of the musty smell from the AC unit. The cost at this hotel was cheaper than most but I’m wondering now if it’s due to some of these issues.
