This property is good if you need a reasonably priced option for one night in Houston. Pros: Friendly and hospitable staff, comfortable beds, great location to be a close driving distance to many locations especially in the heights Cons: Walls are paper thin so bring a sound machine to sleep at night, towels are tiny and scratchy, no amenities in the room such as a fridge or microwave. Overall would stay again and recommend if you just need an option for a quick stay while in the heights.

Got to the hotel around 2:30a.m, paid for the day before as I knew we would get in late and wanted to make sure we had somewhere to sleep before the 3:00p.m check-in. From the outside, my husband was not very happy when he saw where we were staying, he was ready book a different hotel but I asked we stay the 1st night and if he's uncomfortable we can make other arrangements. Surprisingly the room was cozy, very clean and bed was comfortable. Staffs were courteous and very helpful supplying extra towels. We were on the top floor and because we were staying 8 nights they suggested we move to the bottom floor to avoid the stairs (3 floors, no elevators). The room provided was quite similar to the one on the top floor. Noise was not an issue but I would suggest they work on getting a restaurant. We had to doordash or drive to get something to eat. I'll give the a 8/10. No closet, no safe in rooms but they do have drawers. You can get heat or AC when needed. Property on a whole was clean. There is someone at reception 24/7 and yes, we stayed the entire 8 nights. He was comfortable. Lynn

I absolutely loved this place. I live in Houston and just wanted a night away for New Year’s Eve. Quiet and comfortable. The decor was perfect. The lighting was perfect. Just an amazing relaxing stay.

It was a nicely restored motel. The rooms were very pretty inside, but the sheets and walls were dirty. The “continental” breakfast was disappointing as it was only coffee and dry oatmeal packs. The surrounding area was pretty sketchy, but it was only about 15 minutes from the museum district which is where we spent most of our time. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but we won’t stay here again.

The service was great, the front desk clerk was so kind and helpful. My room was dissapointing unfortunately. It was odd there was no phone and no fridge. The fridge i can understand but the phone part was very odd. I walked around in my socks while i got ready for a night out and my socks were so black! Which tells me they do not mop the floors regularly. Ive literally walked barefoot outside before and my feet werent that black, it was insane. There were a few broken lights. Overall the stay was okay. The place was clean from bugs and the beds were comfortable. The pool looked very clean and they are pet friendly from what i saw.

I enjoyed my stay no real complaints especially considering the cost and it's pretty centrally located. I was able to extend my stay and keep my same room. Everyone that worked there I interacted with was nice. The room was clean but just a side note there's no Mini fridge in the room or microwave if that's important to you. At times it was a little noisy but nothing too crazy. Would stay again for sure.

I always stay here when in Houston for work. Fun place and very clean. The staff is over the top friendly and accommodating!! I requested a mini fridge my last trip. Not only was there a mini fridge in my room, but the manager remembered that I requested two extra pillow during my last stay. The extra pillows were already on the bed! It is such a cool place. I highly recommend!
