Stayed there about a week ago, there was no toilet paper, no hot water, bedding was ripped, elevator was out of service and there was trash by the stairs, we were told there was a refundable deposit and we still haven't gotten it back, called but no one answers.

I might have caught the hotel on a bad day, but the keycards were not operating, the room itself was not particularly well lit and the room was not in great condition. Also, during my stay, the elevator was not functioning.

This motel is a dump, located in the worst aera of Houston. In other words the receptionist said that the aera is the ghetto. Expedia should be shamed of themselves to offer something like this. It is a shame.
