Genuine scam. After being given a room key that didn’t work, we were given the option of 2 rooms. Room 1 was a single bed, we had payed for 2 queen sized, room 2 was 2 full sized beds, and the AC didn’t work. We all started itching terribly once we got inside. We weren’t gonna stay in those conditions, and when we tried to leave and get a refund we were told no refund. This place takes your money and puts you in unlivable rooms to get you to leave, generating them free money. The entire building is trashed, with the back staircase literally covered in old animal dung. Stay away from this place.

It did not look like the pictures at all...it was run down...staff was friendly, but other patrons are questionable as if they are druggies or something. I was uncomfortable, but it was too late to book somewhere else, because I knew I wouldn't be able to get my refund back.

Great Rooms But Bad Wifi

The rooms are pretty nice for the most part but the wifi here in the hotel sucks especially in the room they gave me. The staff are pretty straight forward with the check in. They do charge a $40 dollar deposit. But overall it's a pretty chill hotel.

I have stayed at cheap places before, but never with a room that had dirty towels in the bathroom, along with dead cockroaches, elevator broken, stairs had food in the carpet all the way up to the 4th floor. sign had breakfast hours and there was not any, patrons outside yelling at each other, cops had been called, and we called again, OMG!

This place is a dump do not stay here. It is a drug den people yelling all night smells like drugs everywhere in the building. No elevator, filthy conditions roaches all over, no outlets in the room worked. This place should be condemned by the city. It looks like a haven for drugs and crime. Scared the whole night did not get much sleep.

Very cheap and diry. Nothing is as advertised on the website. Microwave and tv in the room did not work. The microwave provided to share in the lobby is not clean, build up of food and scum in it. Furniture in the rooms are old, dirty and not functionable. The walls and hallway is stained ans diry. The elevators have been out of service for years. Breakfast is not included. The pool is not in service. The water is green with debri in it. With all that being said, we did not encounter insects in our room suprisingly. You get what you pay for.
