I was not happy, the elevator did not work, the toilet stopped up, and it took someone 2 hours to come to the room to take care of it. I called Expedia, and they stated that if I checked out after calling the front desk, I would only be charged for 1 day, but unfortunately, I was charged for 2 days. I checked out, no later than 1:00, and they said I checked out after 6:00 p.m., which is not true. Had I known they would charge for two days after the Expedia call to the front desk, maybe they could have given me a different room, but it was not offered to us, knowing the reason for our checkout. This was such an inconvenience because I had to go to a different spot in which money was pending in my account ,

Elevator has been broke last two times we stayed here. Ice machine Broke. The side door swipe hasn’t worked the last three times. It is blocked open with a Rock.

Air conditioner kept cutting off during the night. Elevators were out of order. We were there for a knee replacement the next day and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. No linens for couch bed. Front desk said we had to come there to get them. Back down 3 flights of stairs and up again!! She did finally bring them to us. No extra pillows for couch bed.

The maintenance of the room was poor, with no accessibility of drinking water. They serve almost nothing in the name of breakfast. It has a kitchen with each apartmen with no utensils and basic cutlery... which means it was useless for people who are visiting for short term stay.
