Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy

Not what I expected

The listing does not state a pet fee, when the trip was booked I was notified by the host a pet fee was required/requested. We paid the fee as we had already booked the trip and could not get our money back. Overall the stay was okay, good area and parking. After we left I was notified by the host we had “cost” her business and was reported that she had a lease violation. The manager of the apartment building stopped my husband as he was outside with our dog. The manager of the apartment building stated our dog did not look familiar and asked where we were staying. My husband told her we booked a stay in apartment *** and we were here for the weekend. I would’ve recommended this place prior to being accused of costing someone’s business as we did nothing. We paid for the stay, pet fee that was not mentioned to begin with, and followed all instructions from the host. 0/10 do not recommend.
