We were given the wrong room the day we arrive. The front desk who made the mistake never apologies and it had to be brought to higher management to fix the issues the next day. The parking was not clearly specifically enough explain and had to pay 100 in parking somewhere else.

(I don’t like seeing chipped tile or things of that nature.) Pool was nice a few bigs inside. Happy Hour could use a little more sprucing up. It was DRY. Drinks were okay..

Room was clean and some staff were courteous more than others. I appreciate Claude in hospitality. He took the time to learn each guests name. As well as stopped to talk to everyone he saw. Now I was here with my family to run in the Chevron Marathon. On Marathon day we took the “sleeping in” sign off the door so we could get the room cleaned. We left the room before 8 am and returned just before 2 pm. The room was still not cleaned. Went downstairs and spoke to some lady at the front desk. Don’t remember her name but it was just before 2 pm. She was very rude when I explained I just ran, was tired and was hoping to come back to a clean room. She said well they were cleaning check outs first ansi said I understand but we’ve been gone all day. I asked her for clean towels. By 3 pm we still did not get them and had to call down again and finally by 330 we got them. So I sat around not only in an unclean room, but in sweaty Marathon clothes waiting on clean towels for over an hour due to her.
