This hotel is extremely outdated! The worst Doubletree I have ever visited. It clearly has the same esthetics from the 90’s. The main elevator is small and slow. I asked for a room away from the elevator and the receptionist put me RIGHT ACROSS from the elevator. There was only half a roll of tissue in the bathroom and no additional rolls.

The bed was too hard, body was sore in the morning. There needs to be more glasses, none in the bathroom, and only supply coffee cups. It would also be nice to have the restaurant operating in the evening, since Jack in the Box is the only close place to eat.

Probably good for the business traveler that is only staying to be near the airport, but not a good option with kids. We were there for a track meet and wanted to gather in the lobby as a team to watch the football games, and at 7pm we got a noise complaint (we had been mindfully watching the noise and making sure our kids weren’t running around). For a Saturday night, it was kind of disappointing that we couldn’t have a team gathering without feeling the need to whisper when using the common spaces so early in the evening.

I would love to tell you about my stay here, but do to the unprofessionalism and disgusting behavior of the front desk staff I did not get to stay here. I booked through hotels.com. The hotel front desk manager cancelled my room, but did not communicate it to hotels.com. When I asked for my room back because I did not cancel it, I was greeted with hostility and accusations. They were no where near accomodating and would not even listen to me to try to understand what had happened. There clearly has been zero customer service training for this staff, and they did not understand how to use basic vocabulary. When I asked the young girl how she did not see that this was a problem, she accused me of threatening her. We have a larger group scheduled to stay here for a week in March, and we will be contacting our entire group to cancel as well as telling ALL if our stock show friends not to ever stay here. These girls were vile and disgusting the way they spoke over me, and had zero interest in listening or trying to understand. It is also worth noting that they blamed the entire issue on their front desk manager and took zero accountability for the hotel's mistake. Ultimately, I paid for a night at a hotel that I did not get to use. We had to book last minute at another hotel close by. This entire front desk staff needs to be held accountable for this and all of them sent back to a customer service boot camp because they need desperately need it. The way they speak is disgusting!
