Overall, the service for this hotel was very good. The staff was very friendly, engaging and helpful. My cousins and I especially appreciated the kindness and awesome service given to us by Renea, Deborah and Andrew... all of whom we concluded are the hotel’s best assets! Area of concern: Toilets could be updated to be more accommodating for seniors. The seats are TOO LOW and the flushing function a little slow. Please install taller commodes for easier access to avoid leg cramps and pain.

My stay was good, but the check-in process started out bad. They did not have my reservation in the system. I verified the correct hotel location and confirmation number with the front desk and fortunately they were able to create a new reservation for me. I'm not sure who was at fault here. The other part I didn't like was that I just returned from a cruise in the morning and had no where else to go, so I went to the hotel to check-in only to find out for an early check-in it would cost $50.00. No problem, but when its obvious you have rooms already available, it didn't make since to me. I stayed at a different hotel earlier last week in Houston and received an early check-in with no problem.

Rooms were clean, staff was excellent. Only downside is I didn't have heat working in my room during a bit of a cold snap. Overall, great hotel with amenities close to the airport. Would definitely stay again.
