It was filthy the receptionist was hardly there there was spat blood in the elevators the room air was stale and smelly from a dirty ac filters there were chicken strips in a bag in the fridge and the hallway floors were disgusting.

The bedding had an unusual smell in one room, the carpet was sticky, the TV's didn't work in both rooms, the A/C in one of the rooms didn't work, the hotel advertised that they provided breakfast and they didn't. They had remodeling going on and didn't state that during the advertisement. Staff was nice enough and it gave us a place to stay, but we will never stay there again.

While I was in bed at 12 midnight. 3/5/26 The front desk clerk barged in my room. And said oh I did not know this room was occupied and walked away. They made an error on their behave with the rooms and did not Subtract the cost for the inconvenience The fear that I had and could not sleep felt unsafe traveling alone from Wisconsin to Houston.

First when we got to room the hot tub did not work or have a stopper to even use the tub ask for another room they said they couldn’t do it. But I paid for a room with a hot tube. Then the bathroom was stopped up. Had to use bathroom in another room. Will never stay hear again.
