When we checked in, we were given a room that was not clean. We went up and waited patiently we were not rude. When the lady came out we said thank you, Gracias. Nothing was said to us, then they come back and knocked on the door and acted like we’re gonna have to leave the room. they may say they didn’t but they did. and we were just wondering why the attitude was that we did something wrong….I know mistakes can be made, but it was not handled well at all

The room was fairly clean but the bathroom definitely had issues. We were only in the room to.sleep but the toilet in room 256 was broken. We had to wiggle the handle to flush it. Also the side of the hotel where our room was did not have any lights in the parking lot. We had to park in the front or on the other side and walk through to feel safe. One gate was tied shut with chains so there was only one entrance and exit. This is in the middle of apartment complexes and kind of hard to find without trial and error. It is near a bunch of restaurants thatvare on the main road and a grocery store in walking distance. Right across from the front door.

The front desk person had to let me in my room and then my key wouldn’t work the entire day so if I wanted to leave my room, I would have to go down to the lobby to have the front desk person let me back in. The hotel itself was definitely dated and needed maintenance, didn’t smell the best either
