Do yourself a favor don’t book here trust me you will thank me. They checked me into the room that was soo dirty and even the area is not safe. Room smell dirty and no wifi. They promised me a cleaner room after 2 nights and new room wasn’t ready I just left I hope who is reading my review it’s not a 3-Star hotel i checked out and went to another 3 star hotel day and night difference

I was ignored at check in by the clerk. Not very friendly or conversational. Beds were hard and air conditioning kept switching from heat to cool air. Roaches are present at this location. Showers were hot, only positive accommodation.

They wanted to charge me for an extra $20 for early check in. The gentleman was very rude and had bad customer service. The room was okay but throughout my stay I would catch cockroaches roaming the room.

This was the most disappointing stay I’ve experienced in over 35 years of travel. The property was extremely unclean, and I was shocked that a Comfort Suites location would exhibit such poor maintenance and oversight. This fell well below the standards I expect from the brand.

Fridge didnt work. I had meal preps be off tasting. Bugs in the bathroom. Carpet was filthy. Some random dude tried to get in my room with key access. They didnt because i had the latch lock in place. I usually have good stays at comfort inn, but tuis has been the motel 8 of inns.
