Staff friendly & efficient. Room was fresh & spotless. Tile flooring . The 2Q room was spacious. Small apartment sized fridge with top freezer, microwave & coffee maker. Ironing board & blow dryer. Full breakfast and 1pm ck in. Great price! Only con was getting into parking lot.

It was very clean and a nicely appointed room. Staff was courteous and took good care of me. The room tends to be noisy due to its location close to the beltway but once you get to sleep it is fine. The price was quite reasonable.

I will definitely stay here again if traveling to Spring. The only suggestion I have is that there should be a sign for the hotel to show that you have to turn into the Shell station to reach the hotel.

It's not the Ritz Carlton but it has everything that I would expect to find in a motel room (bed, toilet, shower, fridge, etc...). Have stayed here a couple of times and will probably stay here again. Only "complaint" and it's a small one, was that there were a couple of tiny bugs crawling around but I unalived them and it was just those two.
