This hotel looks like a 2 or 3 star hotel that they cheaply repainted and refinished to try and call it a 4 star hotel. The entry doesn't have an automatic door to get bellhop carts in easily and there is an armed security station that is in the way upon entry. Customers of the "poker lounge" were smoking immediately outside of the main entry doors so there was no way to avoid breathing in smoke when you enter the main doors. The room was clean with new finshes but you could tell it had been quickly updated since the hinges on the door to the bathroom were rusted and the drywall was left unfinished around the toilet paper holder. Again, this is at best a 3 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star place.

Friendly, helpful staff. Valet dude is always taking care of us. Front desk ladies are awesome. Crossing paths with the housekeepers is always a friendly exchange. Clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. My cell pairs with TV easily for playing music. Nice, large towels and great water pressure in the showers. More than adequate workout room. Good breakfast.

The bathtub water faucet keeps on leaking & making noises throughout the nights. I also informed that body wash dispenser wasn’t working either. We informed the hotel thru text messages & they said that the problem will be taken care but nothing was done. I was happy that hotel was texting us to check on our stay & see if we need anything but I guess it was a waste of my time replying back.

Nice place and good location to Chinatown. Staff was nice. Kind of weird if you aren’t expecting the poker club, but everyone was very nice. Pretty clean and nicely decorated.
