Fabulous Hostess Prime Location

Cute and cozy with great amenities, easily assessable, safe and secure. The Hostess was by far the best… Very accommodating. This property is highly recommended it was fresh clean & comfortable!!! Will definitely stay again on the next bisit!!

Review

I was told I would have information to the property for check in at noon the day of check in. I didn’t get the info and when I messaged property owner I was told again at 2pm the day of check in that I would have check in info the next day, apparently property owner was unaware of current date which was my date of check in. I was unable to access pool area until several hours after arrival and was only able to do so by someone allowing us into the pool area. I was given info to get into pool area nearly 24 hours after we checked in. The toilet had feces around the rim, the bath tub was dirty and the bed looked like the sheets were just thrown over it, the couch bed kept falling to the floor and wouldn’t stay up if you put any pressure on it. The elevator was extremely far from the room and I was told to go up and down a stairwell which was fine except I have two small kids and luggage so that was virtually impossible for some parts of the stay. In addition, while I was there, a notice was put on the door regarding late payment. Overall, I am super disappointed in the entire stay.
