Very nice and clean, quiet, and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this home. The beds are soo comfy. No worries at all. The game room is a plus!! The area had a grocery store 3 minutes away!! Our stay was an absolute pleasure.

Pros: House was as advertised and clean. A basket of snacks, coffee, and six-pack of water are supplied which was really nice. Host provided check-in instructions several hours in advance of check-in. There is lots of space in this house. Cons: Neighborhood is older and not somewhere I'd feel comfortable walking on my own. A/C flow in the house is somewhat annoying. There is no a/c vent at all in the master bath. I had to use the guest bath to shower. The game room/den had a vent but there was no air flow in there. Host does provide plenty of fans but we kept having to move them around the house. Host also requests a limit on the a/c temperature.

Only for one night but it was well worth it and accommodating, as listed quiet neighborhood, clean and had everything we needed, in town for a concert so only needed a place to get ready and sleep. Would definitely lease again to use everything offered! Thank you for opening your home to us.
