We attempted to contact the Host numerous times leading up to our stay, both via Chat and telephone provided, however we never received responses with check-in details. When we arrived at our destination airport still no response. I contacted VRBO service department and they were also unable to contact the host. VRBO service dept was very helpful in arranging other accommodations.

We had a great stay here. The apartment was clean and matched pictures in listings. It’s on the ground floor; handy since there are no elevators in the complex. Host was helpful and responded quickly. The apartment complex is quiet, safe, and has nice amenities. Close to Johnson Space Center.
