Specifically built and designed for groups` retreats, this luxury stay features a heated salt water pool, hot tub, mini golf, game/media room, glam stations, and resort-style vibes. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to choose from up to 16+ guests! Just minutes from Downtown, NRG, and top spots. Relax, celebrate, and enjoy your own private oasis in the city with your loved ones!

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability for a fee.

Early check-in fee: $25 per hour for authorized early check-in
Late check-out fee: $100 for an authorized noon check-out
Unauthorized late check out will be charged 50% of daily rate fine.

Pets are welcome for a fee. Maximum of 2 pets for $150 per pet.

UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS/VISITORS are not allowed. If you have guests visiting property, please give the head count and the visiting time frame to the host for approval. There may be extra fee. Any guests approved for the visit should leave the property by 11pm.

Guest verification and rental agreement.
PET FEE: $150 per pet, maximum of 2 pets

STRICTLY NO PARTIES AND INDOOR SMOKING (Outdoor smoking allowed in the gazebo area. Please use the provided ashtray).

UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS/VISITORS are not allowed. Correct number of guests must be entered upon booking. Extra guest fee will apply after 16 guests. If you have visitors, the visitors` head count and the visiting time has to be approved by the host, and there will be an associated fee.

Please message us to heat up the pool or hot tub. We will be assisting you to adjust the pool settings. You can heat the pool during winter time with $95/day rate. Please give us a request to heat up the pool as it make take a long time to heat up the pool. Heating up the hot tub is free of charge. The hot tub is set to operate for 2 hours. If you wish to extend the time, please simply message us!

Do not move furniture. If so, you will be charged for $100.

Do not manipulate pool machine. You will be fined $1000 plus any damages to the pool equipment.

We do not allow outdoor cooking except for the grill in the designated cooking area. Violators will be charged for extra $500 fee plus cleaning fee and pest control fee.
