From the living room, a large picture window will open onto a terrace covered with a bioclimatic pergola. Ideal place to share convivial moments, the terrace will become a real additional living room. Outside you can also enjoy the outdoor kitchen and the swimming pool, or simply relax on the hammock or on a deckchair.
The villa is located on an enclosed plot in the second line with private parking, 300 m from the village center and shops, where a market takes place 3 times a week.
Hourtin is ideal for nature lovers with its many cycle paths, the lake, the forest and the ocean. If you wish, you will also discover the Arcachon basin (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes) and the Cordouan lighthouse (approximately 1 hour).
Only animal friends are welcome, because during your stay you will have to take care of the family cat.
