Het uitzicht en terras zijn een absolute plus. Het bad is een luxe...voor mensen die niet al te groot zijn. Een nadeelm in winterperiodes, lijkt ons de beperkte lichtinval op het gelijkvloers. Wat meer licht, fellere spots, voornamelijk in de keuken, zouden een verbetering zijn.
